Genesys Healthcare was founded by experienced registered nurses with decades of combined experience across acute care, aged care, mental health, and clinical education. Genesys Healthcare is led by Rajdeep Kaur and Ruchita Sharma, both highly qualified Registered Nurses with extensive experience across public health systems, aged care facilities, mental health services, and clinical education.

Ruchita Sharma is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Educator with deep expertise in acute care, neurology, aged care, and workforce education. She has played a key role in training and supporting nurses, graduate programs, and undergraduate students within major public health systems.
Rajdeep Kaur
Co-Founder & Clinical Lead | Registered Nurse
Rajdeep Kaur is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with an extensive background in aged care, mental health, and acute clinical settings. She brings strong leadership expertise in dementia care, infection prevention and control, clinical governance, and after-hours nursing management.
